Handyman's delight. This charming circa 1790 antique with one car garage, is situated on a large 1.23 acre lot close to the center. The owner has done some major improvements since 2008 including a new furnace and ductwork, new air conditioning, new bath and new kitchen. The slate floors in the kitchen and bath and some windows are new as well. There are three fireplaces in the home but owner is not sure of the condition. The original home was centered around a double fireplace with many built-ins. The additions include the kitchen, bath, laundry area, dining room/den and bedroom with fireplace, built-ins and atrium door to large deck. There is a shed between the garage and home which is suitable for storage. Some of the features include a cathedral ceiling with skylights in the kitchen, cathedral in the laundry/mudroom, wood & slate flooring throughout most of the home. There is a workshop area in the basement. The large back yard offers plenty of privacy.
